Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Adsify. By installing or using the app, you agree to these Terms.

1. The service

Adsify connects your Shopify store to Google Ads and Meta Ads, generates AI ad copy, launches campaigns, and optimizes them automatically. Performance is not guaranteed.

2. Account & eligibility

You must own or be authorized to manage the Shopify store and any connected ad accounts. You are responsible for keeping credentials secure and for all activity under your account.

3. Subscription & billing

Adsify is billed through Shopify's Billing API. Plans are: Starter ($19/month), Pro ($39/month), and Scale ($79/month), with a 14-day free trial on each plan. Subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. Ad spend on Google and Meta is billed separately by those platforms.

4. Acceptable use

• No campaigns promoting illegal products, fraud, or content that violates ad platform policies.
• No attempts to reverse engineer, resell, or sublicense the service.
• No automated abuse of the API or excessive load that disrupts the service.

5. Data & privacy

Your use of Adsify is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

6. Disclaimer

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee ad performance, ROAS, account approval by Google or Meta, or uninterrupted operation.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Adsify's total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the preceding 12 months.

8. Termination

You may uninstall the app at any time from your Shopify admin. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notice.
