How do I connect my Google or Meta account?
After installing Adsify from your Shopify admin, open the app and click "Connect Google" or "Connect Meta". You'll authorize Adsify with the standard OAuth flow.
How does billing work?
Subscription fees are billed through Shopify. Your 14-day free trial starts when you approve the charge in Shopify. Ad spend on Google and Meta is billed by those platforms directly.
How do I cancel?
Open your Shopify admin → Settings → Apps and sales channels → Adsify → Uninstall. Your subscription stops immediately and your data is deleted within 30 days.
How do I request my data?
Email support@adsify.app with the subject line "Data request" and your Shopify store domain.
