Privacy Policy

Adsify ("we", "us") provides an AI-powered advertising platform for Shopify merchants. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. By installing the Adsify app, you agree to this policy.

Information we collect

• Shop data — store domain, products, prices, images, and order metadata required to generate and optimize ad campaigns.
• Account data — OAuth tokens for Shopify, Google Ads, and Meta Ads that you explicitly authorize.
• Campaign data — ad copy, budgets, impressions, clicks, conversions, and spend pulled from Google Ads and Meta.
• Customer data — limited customer identifiers may flow through ad platform conversion APIs (e.g. Meta CAPI). We do not sell customer data.

How we use data

• To create, launch, and optimize Google and Meta ad campaigns.
• To generate AI ad copy from your product catalog.
• To display analytics and ROAS reporting inside the app.
• To provide support and improve the product.

Data sharing

We share data only with the platforms required to deliver the service: Google Ads, Google Merchant Center, Meta Ads, and our infrastructure providers. We do not sell personal data.

Data retention & deletion

We retain shop and campaign data for as long as the app is installed. When a merchant uninstalls Adsify or requests deletion, we honor Shopify's mandatory GDPR webhooks (customers/data_request, customers/redact, and shop/redact) and erase associated records within 30 days.

Your rights

EU/UK residents may request access, correction, deletion, or portability of personal data. Email support@adsify.app and we will respond within 30 days.

Security

Access tokens are stored encrypted at rest. All network traffic uses TLS. Access to production systems is restricted to authorized personnel.
